CalgaryHouseFlips.ca provides derived, aggregate statistics about completed residential resale transactions in Calgary, prepared by a licensed real estate professional for registered users. It is a market information service, not a property search service.

Every figure on this site describes past, completed transactions — medians, percentiles and counts computed across groups of at least five transactions. Nothing on this site is a projection, a valuation, an appraisal, or a representation about what any property or strategy will earn. Gross gap figures exclude renovation, carrying, transaction and tax costs.

Statistics are refreshed periodically from the date stamped on the report. Market conditions change; a figure accurate for its stated window may not describe the market at the time you act.
