What I collect and why
When you register for the flip report, I collect your first name, email address and mobile number, together with the budget band and qualification answers you selected, the page you arrived from, and standard advertising parameters (UTM tags, Google and Meta click identifiers). This information exists for one purpose: to deliver the report you asked for and to follow up about Calgary flip opportunities with you.
If you tick the consent box, I also record the exact consent wording, the time, and the IP address it came from — Canada's anti-spam law requires me to be able to prove what you agreed to.
Technical data (pages viewed, interactions with the budget-matching tool) is collected through analytics tools only after you accept non-essential cookies. Declining leaves the site fully functional.
Who processes it
Your information is stored and processed by service providers acting on my behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Follow Up Boss (customer relationship management), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). If you consented to marketing and analytics, conversion data is shared with Meta and Google in hashed form to measure advertising.
I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it with anyone outside this list except where the law requires.
How long I keep it
Registration records are kept while the report relationship is active and for up to three years after your last interaction, after which they are deleted. Consent records are kept as long as the law requires proof of consent.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, or by replying with the word "unsubscribe". You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time — email the address in the footer and I'll action it personally. This mailbox is monitored.
